Huge congrats to John Butterfield who has worked for Kenworth Sales PacLease since 2011 and has excelled in his career. John’s last five years have resulted in President’s Gold Awards. Those five consecutive President’s Gold Awards earned him a President’s Award Cup at this year’s Truck Renting and Leasing Association Gala.
In addition to John’s Gold Awards, he has also received four awards for adding the most new leasing accounts to PacLease in the country. John is passionate about helping his seasoned as well as new customers. “The aspect of my job that I love the most is the chance I get to build relationships with some incredible individuals,” John said. “I love getting to know my customers’ businesses and helping provide solutions and improvements that make them more money.”
The relationships with his customers are what drive John to excel, “I love building long lasting, mutually beneficial, and profitable partnerships with them. That’s the most rewarding part of my job.”
“I also believe the partnership is one of the biggest reasons why leasing is so important to my customers,” John continues. “I help consult, support and provide solutions for their business. I help streamline processes and mitigate loss. I genuinely care about the success of their business just as much as they do. It is much more than a vendor/customer relationship, and that’s what makes it so valuable.”
In addition to his success at PacLease, John is also an awarded 3 on 3 basketball champion. He has won 2 National Basketball Championship trophies from Delta Airlines charity tournament.
